These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of m640.com and all associated membership content, services, and community spaces operated by Roman Botcharnikov ("m640", "we", "us"). By purchasing a membership or using any service offered through m640.com, you agree to these terms.
1. Membership Access
Membership grants you personal, non-transferable access to the content and services associated with your membership level. Access begins upon successful payment and continues on a month-to-month or annual basis depending on the plan selected.
All membership content — videos, documents, course materials, community spaces, and coaching resources — is provided for your personal use only. You may not share, distribute, reproduce, or resell any content accessed through your membership.
2. Shared Logins Prohibited
Each membership account is for one individual only. Sharing login credentials with any other person is strictly prohibited. m640 reserves the right to terminate any account found to be sharing access, without refund, and without prior notice. If you wish to provide access to a training partner, coach, or parent, a Training Partner Add-on is available at an additional fee.
3. Refund Policy
Membership fees are non-refundable except within 7 days of the initial purchase date, provided no significant portion of the membership content has been accessed. After 7 days, or after substantial content access, no refunds will be issued. À la carte service fees are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or scheduled.
If you believe an error has occurred in billing, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate promptly.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on m640.com — including the m640 model, course materials, videos, written content, diagrams, terminology, and technical models — is the intellectual property of Roman Botcharnikov. The terminology introduced by the m640 model, including free takeoff, inversion, time on pole, continuous chain, and active and passive phases, originated with Roman Botcharnikov and remains his intellectual property.
Membership grants you access to this content. It does not transfer ownership, license for reproduction, or right to distribute in any form.
5. Community Standards
m640 community spaces are moderated environments. Members are expected to engage respectfully and in good faith. Content that is abusive, misleading, or contrary to the m640 model's standards may be removed. Repeated violations may result in account termination without refund.
6. Elite Level
Elite Level membership requires an application and mutual agreement. m640 reserves the right to decline any application or terminate any Elite Level membership that is not meeting the requirements of the mutual commitment, with 30 days notice and a prorated refund for the unused portion of the current billing period.
7. Service Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
8. Changes to Terms
m640 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Knox County, Tennessee.
