When you join, submit your current vault video. You receive a full written diagnosis through the m640 lens — where the chain is strong, where it breaks, and why. Followed by a one-on-one Zoom to discuss the findings and establish your direction.
Monthly Video Assessment & Zoom
Each month, submit a new vault video. Your progress is analyzed against the previous assessment — what has changed, what the chain looks like now, and what the next focus should be. Followed by a one-on-one Zoom to discuss.
Monthly Training Plan Review
Submit your current training plan for review. Suggestions and adjustments made through the m640 framework — not generic periodization, but specific guidance aligned with where your vault is in the model.
Monthly Group Zoom
A live session with all Coaching Level members — common themes from that month's assessments, questions, discussion of current competition and elite vault analysis. The group session often produces insights the individual sessions don't.
Priority Question Submission
Submit questions as they arise. Questions that illuminate common misunderstandings or advance the model's application get answered — individually or shared with the group where the answer serves everyone.
Early Access & Event Invitations
Coaching Level members receive new Vault Library content before Foundation Level members, and priority invitations to camps, clinics, and events with member discount.
